🧘‍♀️ I’ve never meditated before. Is this for me?

Yes! This class is designed for beginners.


You’ll be gently guided through each step, with no pressure to “do it right.” Meditation here isn’t about clearing your mind — it’s about noticing, feeling, and arriving in the moment, just as you are.

🌲 Do I need to be in nature for this to work?

Not at all. While forest bathing is typically done outdoors, this experience brings the essence of nature to you — wherever you are.


We’ll use simple prompts, sensory meditation, and natural items (like a leaf or stone) to connect you to the natural world.

💻 Do I have to turn my camera on?

Nope! This is a come-as-you-are space.

You’re welcome to keep your camera off the entire time. Your guide will be on camera to help you feel grounded, but you are always in control of your experience.

🗓 Can I attend more than one session?

Absolutely! Each week is a new journey and a fresh theme. You’re welcome to sign up for as many sessions as you like.


Use this time each week as your self-care ritual — a reset button for your body, mind, and spirit.

🤝 Can I invite a friend?

Yes, please do! Meditation in community can be powerful, and sharing the experience with someone you care about is a beautiful gift.
